  • Zone your home: Designate calm areas for rest, movement and focus. Your nervous system thrives on routine
  • Simplify choices: Capsule wardrobes, labelled drawers and pre-prepped meals all help counteract decision fatigue
  • Let light in: Natural light helps regulate your circadian rhythm and supports mood and energy levels
