The Power of Reflexology for Menopause. Finding Balance from Head to Toe

By Jill Reeves, Menopause Reflexology Specialist

As a reflexologist for over 22 years, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body holds the power to rebalance and restore itself when given the right support. Over the last three years, I’ve chosen to specialise in menopause, a time when so many women feel out of sync with their own bodies and crave ways to feel grounded again.

During this journey, I undertook specialist training in the first Facial, Hand and Foot Reflexology treatment anywhere, designed specifically to support women through perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause and medical menopause. This 90-minute session works on all the key reflexes to support hormonal balance, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep relaxation, helping the body to reset naturally.

Each treatment ends with my signature touch, acupressure ear seeds. These small but powerful seeds are placed on specific points of the ear and continue to work for around five days, helping to prolong the effects of the treatment and maintain that sense of balance and calm.

Clients often describe the experience as transformative, sharing feedback such as:

“The best period I’ve had in a long time.”

“The best treatment can’t wait to go again.”

“Feeling calmer, sleeping better, and more positive.”

For me, menopause reflexology isn’t just about easing symptom, it’s about helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore confidence, and rediscover a sense of equilibrium.

Reflexology can be a simple yet powerful way to support your body’s natural rhythm and restore balance through the menopause transition.
